Why Don’t Spiders Stick to Their Own Webs?

The spider doesn’t stick to the web because they walk carefully and secrete oils on their feet. This keeps them from sticking to their webs.

Spiders spin their webs from silk using organs called spinnerets. They then coat the threads with a sticky substance that they produce.
